Message	I always like to use the yellow top in my red Z because the combination of colors looks good and I like the shape of the battery. That being said, I replace my optimas every year to 18 months. Or I should say I used to. In the past I would keep my car covered and only start it every 3 weeks to a month. Every single time the battery needed to be charged. Now I keep it uncovered and start it weekly. Every Saturday morning I get in and drive it. Since I changed my ways the last optima has past 2 years. I just got a Shorai Li-FePO4 battery for my bike. 60% the size and 20% the weight. 2 year warranty versus just one year for a traditional heavy ass Pb-acid unit. Price was also double. Haven't seen those for cars yet but I'm sure they are coming.
